The Process...
Before booking, I like to set up a FaceTime call or a coffee meet-up. This gives you the chance to get to know me and make sure I’m the right fit for your day. After all, your photographer is with you for the longest part of your wedding, so it’s important that you feel comfortable and at ease with the person capturing those precious moments.
once your ready to lock in your date...
Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive a contract, a questionnaire to fill out, and an invoice. To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
Second Shooter
Yes, we do have a selection of trusted second shooters that we work with for weddings where it's requested or needed. Having a second shooter is ideal for capturing groom prep photos and allows us to document even more candid moments throughout your special day.
Timeline...
Whether or not you have a wedding coordinator, we’ve got you covered! We’ll work with you to align your timeline so you can get the most out of your photography package and make sure we capture all the fun before we wrap up. We’ll be there to make sure those key moments happen and your day is filled with memories you'll cherish forever!
How long to receive my images...
We love keeping the excitement going! You’ll receive a sneak peek of around 15-20 images in your online gallery within 24 hours. Your full gallery will be ready in 4-6 weeks, packed with all the beautiful moments from your day.
What gear do we use...
I shoot exclusively with Canon equipment. I always carry two camera bodies / Film Camera and a variety of lenses to ensure I’m prepared for any situation. To safeguard your images, I use cameras with dual card slots, meaning each photo is saved to two memory cards simultaneously, providing an extra layer of protection in case one card fails. Additionally, I bring multiple flashes and an ample supply of batteries to ensure everything runs smoothly. After every wedding, I immediately upload all images to my computer and create secure backups as soon as I return home, ensuring your memories are always safe.
Travel....
I’m based in Northern NSW / Gold Coast and don’t charge for travel within a 1.5-hour radius. For locations beyond that, travel fees may vary depending on the distance.
