Before we capture your day, we first get to know you. A quick call or a coffee gives us the chance to connect — because comfort and trust matter when your memories are being crafted.
Once you're ready:
- You’ll receive a contract and questionnaire, crafted to help us understand your day in detail.
- A 50% retainer secures your date.
- From that moment on, we’re your guides, advocates, and storytellers

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive a contract, a questionnaire to fill out, and an invoice. To secure your date, a 50% retainer is required. Please note that retainer are non-refundable.
Second Shooter
We have a selection of trusted second shooters we work with for weddings where additional coverage is requested or ideal. A second photographer allows us to capture groom prep, multiple perspectives, and those spontaneous, candid moments that might otherwise be missed, ensuring your full day is documented beautifully and effortlessly.
Extra Hours
Your wedding day may unfold in ways that are unexpected or delightfully extended. Additional coverage hours are available to ensure every moment is documented with care, without feeling rushed. We’ll work with you to tailor the schedule so your story is captured naturally, from beginning to end.

We retain copyright, which allows us to continue showcasing our work for inspiration, but your memories are always yours to enjoy.
What gear do we use...
I shoot exclusively with Canon equipment. I always carry two camera bodies / Film Camera and a variety of lenses to ensure I’m prepared for any situation. To safeguard your images, I use cameras with dual card slots, meaning each photo is saved to two memory cards simultaneously, providing an extra layer of protection in case one card fails. Additionally, I bring multiple flashes and an ample supply of batteries to ensure everything runs smoothly. After every wedding, I immediately upload all images to my computer and create secure backups as soon as I return home, ensuring your memories are always safe.
Travel....
I’m based in Northern NSW and don’t charge for travel within a 1.5-hour radius. For locations beyond that, travel fees may vary depending on the distance.
Destination Weddings start at $6000
With my first international wedding marking a new chapter for Dawn and Vale, destination celebrations are now a natural extension of my work.
